Built Right.
Before It’s Covered Up.
Remodeling, roofing, restoration and construction backed by something better than promises: the work underneath the finish.
How do you know it was done right when the most important work gets covered up?
Anybody can photograph a finished room. We document the demolition, preparation, framing, substrate, waterproofing, roof deck and installation too. Because the work you stop seeing is often the work that determines how long the finish lasts.
Restaurant Patio Enclosure
Framing, exterior enclosure, windows, doors, ADA access, interior finishes and lighting — a real multi-trade build from open patio to finished space.

It’s the important part.

Why do we prep it this far?
Because a new floor is only as good as the surface underneath it. Existing material comes out. Adhesive and contaminants are removed. The substrate gets evaluated and prepared before the new finish goes down.
That same thinking carries through roofing, tile, waterproofing, paint and restoration: solve the underlying condition instead of hiding it.

Multiple trades.
You shouldn’t have to coordinate half a dozen people to move one project forward. We handle complex scopes that cross trades and phases.

Water damage?
Roof leak?
Don’t wait for the damage to spread.
We locate the source, protect the property, remove damaged material and rebuild what was damaged — with the work documented along the way.
Water Damage → Finished Home
Demolition, slab preparation, flooring installation and interior restoration documented from the ugly part to the finished result.

Real jobs. Real problems. Real construction.
Go behind the finished surface with field notes, project photographs and the reasons we build things the way we do.
Construction looks different when you know what you’re looking at.
